This little spikey flower is made using the pinking shears instead of just the scissors.  

First you cut the strip lengthwise from the piece of felt.  This time, just make the width of the strip as big as you want the petals because it is not folded this time.

Then, cut the fringe in between each zig zag.  This will give each little petal a point.

Now, you just roll it like the others.  Glue and roll, glue and roll.  :)

Just fluff the little spikes out and there you go, an adorable spunky little flower.
